EU gives mandate for visa talks with Serbia

European Union foreign ministers in Brussels today adopted the mandate for negotiations on visa facilitation with Serbia and other Western Balkan countries. The agreement is meant to simplify and cut the cost of visas for Serbian citizens, including students, researchers and business people. Visa-free travel is not yet on the table.
