Serbia's average salary tops €1,000 for the first time

Fresh statistics show Serbia's average salary has passed the €1,000 mark for the first time: it grew by more than 11% year on year, or about 8% in real terms. Pay is rising fastest in IT and industry, slowest in retail and services. Even so, half of all employees still earn well below the average.
