More than 1,600 flats to rise on the former IMT factory site in New Belgrade

The former IMT factory industrial zone in New Belgrade will be redeveloped for housing: more than 1,600 flats are planned on the plot, in four blocks, with amenities including a kindergarten and shops. Construction starts once the remaining halls are demolished. The surrounding area gains a new road interchange and access to the Sava waterfront.
