The Ministry for Family Care and Demography has published a guide to the state subsidy for buying an apartment, a house or building a family home on the birth of a child. It brings together the conditions, the amounts of support, the required documents and the application procedure.
The state provides up to 20,000 euros in non-repayable funds for this purpose, or up to 20 percent of the property value.
