On parliamentary election day, queues have formed at polling stations across Serbia — in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Čačak and Šabac, with lines forming at some stations even before they opened.

There are also long queues where Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija vote — in Raška, Vranje and Rudnica.

Voters are electing 250 MPs. There are 6,451,292 registered voters and 8,392 polling stations, 93 of them abroad. Eighteen electoral lists with 2,418 candidates are running, nine of them with national minority status. Polling stations are open until 20:00.
