International observers said the high turnout in today's parliamentary elections shows voters' trust in the process, speaking at polling station 76 in the Stevan Sremac primary school in Borča.

They said the presence of both government and opposition representatives on the electoral board allows for good control throughout the day.

Rodrigo Pereira Coutinho of the Trezeno Institute observer mission from Portugal said there had been no complaints of irregularities at that station and highlighted the high turnout.
