Citizens from the Kosovo administrative district are exercising their voting rights in the municipality of Kuršumlija, said Zdravko Nedeljković, head of the Rača municipal election commission.
They are residents of Priština and the municipalities of Obilić, Podujevo, Kosovo Polje, Lipljan, Štrpce and Uroševac. There are about 32,000 of them, and they vote in Kosančićka Rača at the Drinka Pavlović primary school.
All polling stations opened at exactly 7:00, and voting runs until 20:00.
