Aleksandar Vučić, who headed the United Serbia list, conceded defeat in the parliamentary election. "We lost these elections, the student-blockade list won," he said.
He said his political option will keep fighting and will show "what opposition means".
Later he reacted separately to the events at the Informer television station, calling them "unprecedented violence" and saying part of the police did not want to respond.
