Packages and prices

The bank has two main packages for entrepreneurs. 'Preduzetnik' costs 500 dinars a month and includes a dinar and a foreign currency account, mobile and electronic banking, two Dina Business cards and two Visa Business cards. 'Preduzetnik Plus' at 900 dinars a month adds a choice of electronic banking system. The bank also states that keeping a business account is free for the first 12 months, and that mobile and electronic banking are free for the entire contract term.

Opening online in 30 minutes

A business account can be opened remotely, without visiting a branch. Only an identity document is needed — a chip ID card or a passport — plus a video call with a bank officer. That is noticeably faster than the usual branch visit and especially handy if you are already a client of the bank.

What about non-residents

Non-residents may pay founding contributions into designated accounts: both in foreign currency and in cash, but against a customs confirmation that the money was declared on entry into the country. This is a standard requirement of Serbian banks, and it is better met at the border than attempted at the branch.

Practice: what people complain about

According to community reports, the bank has a policy of requiring proof of employment in Serbia — an employment contract — when opening a current account. Clients also mention two everyday things: payment history in the app appears with a delay of about a day although the money is debited immediately, and on 10 October the bank's app was down for several hours. That is worth knowing for daily payments. At the same time one participant had an account opened without difficulty, so the outcome depends on the branch.

What to do step by step

Decide whether you need a personal account or a business package. Prepare the documents: identity document, confirmation of address, and for a business account proof of your activity. If you are a non-resident paying in cash, make the customs declaration for the amount brought in beforehand. And check the bank's current conditions for your status: employment requirements and tariffs change.
